8/4/2011 "Improvement of Beirut Northern Entrance Zalqa-Baouchrieh Interchange Project" has been handed over to the client : The Council for Development & Reconstruction Beirut-Lebanon(CDR) and opened to the public after completing all works including the pedestrian bridges , landscaping and irrigation works.
